A list of the Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) time servers that are available on the Internet could be found at MS 262680. And do you know every country has NTP Server, you wanna know what you country is, in.pool.ntp.org for India and for Singapore SG.pool.ntp.org
You performance counters are corrupt, unload them. It should be evident by eventid:2003
1. Open a your powershell window.
2. Type unlodctr <ServiceShortName> and press Enter, where <ServiceShortName> is the service name, like W3SVC.
